  Dear Mrs. LaRue Letters from Obedience School. by Mark Teague. Storyline: Ike LaRue, a wire fox terrier dog, was enrolled to Brotweiller Obedience School. His Master, Mrs. Gertrude LaRue, was hoping to fix some behavioral problems like chasing the neighbors’ cats, stealing food, pulling on leash, and so on. The Hibbins” cats are missing, and Ike is being blamed. With Mrs. LaRue vacationing in France, he must take matters into his own paws and mount an investigation to prove his innocence.

Ann Hibbins (or Hibbons; Hibbens) was executed for witchcraft in Boston, Massachusetts Bay Colony, on J Her execution by hanging was the third for witchcraft in Boston and predated the Salem Witch Trials.
